Founder of 'Unit 13' Larry started in the industry with an urgency to help. With a goal to create an umbrella network for the individual Larry has 10 years experience in the industry. Having previously worked with various Teams, Educational establishments and other gyms his goal is to now create a team to look after you.
How it started:
After competing at an international level as an athlete Larry experienced chronic injury from the age of 17 - 20. After being lucky enough to find a mentor to help him regain his performance markers on the track, Larry discovered that his passion was in strength training and rehabilitation. For Larry the goal now is to share that experience with the public and create a team at Unit 13 that cannot be found anywhere else.

โ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ง๐ค๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐ค๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ is simple in that we have to know what your goal is and understand the path ahead and design it around you. There is no point trying to change everything at once. Just keep showing up and with time things will drastically change for you once we are working together as a team, both coach and client.โ

The idea started when I was plagued with a knee injury (Osgood Schlatters) while I was 15, which caused me to manage my workload throughout the year playing football and I gained an interest in ways to improve how I felt and ways to prevent any further injuries as I kept playing.
Fast forward 3 years I started a level 8 sports science & Health degree in TUD tallaght where I've learnt most of what I know now about training, anatomy & physiology, human movement, biomechanics, sport and exercise nutrition, psychology and sports medicine & injuries
Now I'm passionate about helping people be better than they were in whichever way I can with the knowledge I've gained over the last few years
