Gym Program

There are 3 levels of programming for those within our on-site Group Personal Training.

  1. Movement

  2. Fitness

  3. Functional Strength


Movement

  1. This program may be assigned to you from the coaching staff.

  2. It is a 12 week program to get you started and comfortable in the gym.

    To Gain Access To the Program:

    Turn up to your gym sessions to get your program

  1. This program may be assigned to you by the coaching staff.

  2. Each program runs for a 4 week cycle (Monthly)

  3. The program itself can only be accessed in the gym.

    To Gain Access To the Program:

    Turn up to your gym sessions to get your program

Functional Strength

  1. This program may be assigned to you from the coaching staff.

  2. It is a more advanced program.

    To Gain Access To the Program:

    Your coach will assign you your program each month.
