Gym Program
There are 3 levels of programming for those within our on-site Group Personal Training.
Movement
Fitness
Functional Strength
Movement
This program may be assigned to you from the coaching staff.
It is a 12 week program to get you started and comfortable in the gym.
To Gain Access To the Program:
Turn up to your gym sessions to get your program
Fitness
This program may be assigned to you by the coaching staff.
Each program runs for a 4 week cycle (Monthly)
The program itself can only be accessed in the gym.

Functional Strength
This program may be assigned to you from the coaching staff.
It is a more advanced program.
To Gain Access To the Program:
Your coach will assign you your program each month.
