We specialise in helping busy people tone up, lose fat and improve their health.

UNIT 13 is a Personal Training Gym specialising in Group Personal Training and individualised programming using Strength & Conditioning and Functional Movement Training.

Our expert coaches provide tailored programs for each individual's needs, supported by top Strength and Conditioning coaches, physical therapists, and healthcare professionals.

Every workout is personally tailored to you and the team at UNIT13 take the time to get to know all their clients.

Our services are delivered by a team of highly educated personal trainers with the skills to help you realise your goals.

 TYPES OF TRAINING

We have a wide variety of programming options to choose from.

Prefer to train at home? Our ONLINE programme delivers fully personalised training delivered via your device. With full length video training sessions both live and pre-recorded along side weekly coaching calls this is the option for you.

If you prefer flexibility choose the HYBRID programme. This allows all the benefits of the ONLINE programme while still giving you the option to use the gym facility at certain times of the week.

Looking to develop your strength in house? Choose the IN GYM option. This is a fully on site programme giving you full access to all of our gym equipment so you can maximise your workout.
