Friday Night Lights is our weekly in-house group Strength and Conditioning workout for our more advanced clients and now you can come on down too.

You won’t find any crazy style workout.

This is a purely Strength and Conditioning workout found in any top performance centre thats individualised to the client. Strength and conditioning, skill based, competitive, focused on fun, team work and who’s the toughest mentally.


Please note we can only have a max of 8 people in a class and six spaces are held for current clients so contact for more information for a chance to get:


- 1 to 1.5 hour strength and conditioning workout tailored to your goals.

- Take home programme that our clients are doing during the week so you can make progress outside of the gym.

- The chance to train with one of our expert coaches.

- Learn the tweaks you need to make to drive your training forward.
