Every single time a client comes up against a roadblock we do one simple thing.🌟 We ensure that they pick up the phone 📞and COMMUNICATE with a 15 minute coaching call.

Communication is your biggest hurdle‼️ 9 times out of 10, as your coaching team we have the answer.

⚠️ However if you seek to achieve any goal with your health and fitness you need coaching. We all have weaknesses and even our coaches need coaching... They need to be listened to in order to organise their thoughts and develop CLARITY.

Listen Why? Coaching is allowing you to communicate with us in such a way that we LISTEN to what you are saying.

🗣STEP 2🗣

Then as a coach we then repeat back to you what we have heard. 🤜🏼🤜🏼STEP 3🤛🏾 is we come up with an action plan. That list can be 1 - 5+ things to do. However. 📈 STEP 4📈 Then we agree what the number one thing is you need to focus on.

🔴P.S.

Typically in our experience females avail of these calls a lot faster and achieve their goals a lot quicker when it comes to a 'health' orientated goal.

Why? Probably as us lads are still practicing the whole 'talking' thing.

So lads. Be open to communication and pick up the phone. We all need an action list and a chance to discuss your strategy.🤓 We advise doing this on a weekly basis for 3-6 weeks and then a bi-weekly basis.
