As we are almightily aware we are in the midst of a pandemic.
Lives have been turned upside down and our daily routines out the window while for the most of the last few weeks the sun has been beaming through our front room windows.
With all of this happening some of us are struggling to find a big enough reason to begin to look after our health and fitness never-mind turn on another home workout in our living rooms. š§š
This post is taken with inspiration from 'Tony Robbins push pull mindset'. Some of you may see it as designing your āWhyā. A great way to approach the current situation.
Getting up off the couch to simply just lose weight is not a compelling reason that will get you up everyday.
