How to keep yourself accountable...🤔

Assess your weeks training and ask yourself these 7 questions:

  1. Whats gone well for me this week regarding my exercise routine (3 good things exercise only)?

  2. How has sleep been going? (Comment on sleep patterns and habits)

  3. Water / Hydration? (Comment on weekly hydration habits)

  4. Nutrition / shopping / Cooking / Eating? (Comment on your nutrition)

  5. Any Roadblocks or new issues in regards to achieving your goals this week?

  6. What is your FOCUS for next week? (What do you need to do to resolve these issues)

  7. What would you be delighted in achieving by this time next week?
